I really enjoy my new apartment and it has the best amenities and staff in the office. Always friendly and will to assist. I was relocating and they were there for me all through the process. The apartment was ready to live in and that was alot of pressure off of me which made the transfer so easy. I would recommend these apartments to anyone and thier family.

It is so peaceful and quiet here. I feel guilty sitting on balcony talking on the phone bc I feel like I'm disturbing the peace. The only reason I gave the amenities a 4 is bc one piece of gym equipment doesn't work properly and its the one I would use the most. Wish the gym had more like a row machine and leg press. But overall a great place to live. My kids and myself have never lived in an apartment and so far I think we have been converted to apartment people. The Staff in the office is awesome and very friendly and professional. The apartment is spacious and a great size. That being said the kitchens is small but has been upgraded with granite but they should have upgraded the ugly cabinets too but I can live with the cabinets. I toured other apartments and it was really the staff that sold this place!

I have lived at Avalon for almost 2 years and I absolutely love it! The maintenance staff is very professional and fast. The amenities are great and the community is very clean. One of my favorite aspects of Avalon is how quiet it is. I am a graduate student and am constantly studying. The noise level was the deciding factor on where I wanted to live in Starkville, and I could not be happier with my choice. I am definitely staying here while I complete my program!
